Finally real authentic Portuguese recipes. You brought back so many memories as I looked at your recipes especially the Papas.. I remember my mom making that for me. She passed away when I was 13 and I forgot all about the papas till I saw the recipe. Thank you for keeping our culture alive. I miss cooking with her and wish I had her recipes. I do remember some. Can’t wait to get your cookbook in.
